In the month of spiritual reflection and peace, enjoy yoga practices in the serene surroundings of nature at Jubail Mangrove Park. Know that each time you step onto your mat you are doing something, not only for your body, but for your mind and your emotional wellbeing, which is what makes yoga a perfect accompaniment for fasting. But don’t take our word for it. Try it out yourself!
In this session, we will explore the fundamentals of Mindfulness Meditation and breath work so you can begin to shed those feelings of stress, worry or sadness, and find more joy and satisfaction in your relationships and daily life.
Please bring your own mat.
