شهدت جزيرة الجبيل فعاليات الافتتاح الرسمي لأول متجر تجاري عالمي للتجزئة في سوق الجبيل، القلب النابض بالحياة في الجزيرة.
ونظمت شركة جزيرة الجبيل للاستثمار حفل الافتتاح الرسمي لمتجر سبينس الجديد بحضور كل من السيد علي سعيد جمعة البواردي، رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة سبينس، والمهندس عبد الله سعيد الشامسي، المدير العام لشركة جزيرة الجبيل للاستثمار، وسونيل كومار، الرئيس التنفيذي في شركة سبينس. ويُعد هذا الافتتاح محطة بارزة في مسيرة التطوير المتواصلة للجزيرة، حيث يعزز من مستويات الراحة، ويوفر تجربة تسوق متكاملة ومتميزة لسكان الجزيرة وزوارها على حد سواء.
وبهذا الصدد، قال المهندس عبد الله الشامسي: “يشكّل افتتاح متجر سبينس في جزيرة الجبيل محطة محورية في مسيرتنا، ويعكس نقلة نوعية في قطاع التجزئة عبر استقطاب علامة تجارية مرموقة تُجسّد معايير التميز والجودة في خدمة المجتمع الإماراتي. ويأتي هذا التعاون انسجاماً مع رؤيتنا لابتكار أسلوب حياة متكامل يلبّي تطلعات المستقبل، حيث يُعدّ التزام سبينس بالاستدامة والجودة العالية والتركيز على المجتمع امتداداً طبيعياً لهذه الرؤية. نحن لا نضيف مجرد متجر جديد، بل نرسّخ وجهة تسهم في إثراء الحياة اليومية وتعزيز معايير العيش الراقي في العاصمة أبوظبي”.
ويقع متجر سبينس الجديد، الذي يمتد على مساحة 1000 متر مربع، عند المدخل الرئيسي لجزيرة الجبيل، ويوفر مواقف مخصصة للسيارات، مع سهولة الوصول عبر جسر جزيرة الجبيل (المخرج 17) من طريق الشيخ خليفة بن زايد السريع (E12). وسيلبي المتجر احتياجات المجتمع المتنامي داخل الجزيرة، بالإضافة إلى الموظفين والزوار.
ومن جانبه، قال سونيل كومار، الرئيس التنفيذي في سبينس: ” يمثل افتتاح فرعنا الجديد في جزيرة الجبيل خطوة جديدة ومهمة في مسيرتنا لنشر مفهوم “الطعام الطازج” الذي تلتزم به سبينس، وتقديمه إلى مزيد من المجتمعات في مختلف أنحاء دولة الإمارات. نحن فخورون بأن نكون جزءاً من إحدى أبرز المجتمعات السكنية الصاعدة في أبوظبي، ونتطلع إلى استقبال المتسوقين وتقديم تجربة تسوق متميزة ترتقي إلى تطلعاتهم.”
ويأتي افتتاح المتجر في إطار رؤية استراتيجية شاملة تهدف إلى تطوير جزيرة الجبيل كوجهة متكاملة لنمط الحياة العصري، حيث تتناغم المناظر الطبيعية الخلابة مع المرافق المجتمعية المصممة بعناية. ويستمتع المقيمون بخيارات متنوعة تشمل الحدائق، والمرافق الرياضية، ومراكز التسوق والمطاعم، في بيئة مترابطة تتيح سهولة التنقل والمشي.
وفي أعقاب افتتاح سبينس، يستعد الجبيل تاون سنتر – القلب التجاري النابض للجزيرة – لاستقبال سلسلة من الافتتاحات الجديدة التي ستثري التجربة اليومية لمجتمع الجزيرة. ومن المقرر أن يضم المركز ما يقارب 8 آلاف متر مربع من المساحات التجارية، و18 ألف متر مربع من المكاتب، إلى جانب أجنحة مخصصة للمطاعم للفخمة، ومساحات للصحة والاسترخاء، ومجموعة مختارة بعناية من المقاهي والمطاعم. وقد تم تصميم كل هذه المرافق لتكون على بُعد خطوات قليلة، مما يعزز مكانة جزيرة الجبيل كواحدة من أكثر الوجهات السكنية تميزاً وطلباً في العاصمة.
وتُعد متاجر سبينس أحد أبرز سلاسل السوبرماركت في الإمارات، حيث تلتزم بالتعاون مع مزارعين من مختلف أنحاء العالم لتقديم منتجات عالية الجودة لعملائها، وتخدم أكثر من 100 ألف متعامل يومياً. كما تدير الشركة أكثر من 65 فرعاً في الدولة، وسيكون فرع جزيرة الجبيل هو الثاني عشر في أبوظبي.
وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن مشروع جزيرة الجبيل مملوك من قبل شركة جزيرة الجبيل للاستثمار، فيما تتولى شركة ليد للتطوير العقاري مسؤولية تطويره وإدارته. وتضم الجزيرة ست قرى سكنية تتميز بجمالها الطبيعي الآسر وتنوعها البيولوجي الغني، خاصة في بيئة طبيعية تزينها أشجار القرم. وتقدم هذه الوجهة السكنية منخفضة الكثافة، والمبنية وفق أعلى معايير الاستدامة، أسلوب حياة يجمع بين الراحة والرفاهية، لتكون إضافة نوعية إلى المشهد العقاري في أبوظبي.

Jubail Mangrove Park Rules
This park has access to open water bodies and there are no lifeguards on duty.
The Park is monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day.
Swimming or diving into the water is not permitted.
No pets allowed.
No Littering.
No smoking allowed.
No food or beverages allowed on the boardwalk.
Please do not lean or climb over the railing.
Toys, Skating, the use of scooters and/or bicycles are not permitted in the park.
Respectful clothing must be considered.
All parcels and bags are subject to a security check.
Items displayed, plants, wildlife must not be touched and/or removed.
Please do not sit or place children on the railing.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit.
Park representatives reserve the right to remove any persons contravening the above or due to unruly or inappropriate behaviour.

I agree and consent to the receipt of medical treatment in a medical emergency situation where I may not be capable to consent to such treatment.
The undersigned understands that this agreement does not include participant insurance. The undersigned acknowledges that they either have appropriate insurance or, in its absence, agree to pay all cost of rescue and/or medical services as may be incurred on their behalf.
The undersigned agrees to pay for any or all damages to any equipment or property caused by the undersigned either negligently, willfully, or otherwise
