Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, 06 February 2024: LEAD – Real Estate Developer LLC has concluded a successful internship programme with Cranleigh School Abu Dhabi, which ran from October 2023 to January 2024. The programme provided students with the opportunity to get an overview on real estate development project, and gain practical experiences within the Jubail Island project.
The three-months programme equipped participants with a comprehensive skillset in development, construction, sales, marketing, asset management, and commercial facility management as well as a dedicated section that focused on the importance of sustainability.
During the programme, students were also offered access to the management, sales, and site offices and were allowed to witness ongoing work across Jubail Island. They also underwent a comprehensive safety training to ensure the highest standards were maintained throughout the training period.
During the final stages of the programme, students demonstrated the skills they gained through detailed presentations, highlighting the knowledge and experiences they acquired. The programme concluded with a farewell ceremony celebrating the students’ achievements, in presence of members from LEAD Development management, the Cranleigh School Abu Dhabi School management and faculty.
LEAD Development affirmed its commitment to launching CSR initiatives to educate youth and empower future leaders. Such programmes encourage young talents and help them hone their practical experiences.
From December 2022 to December 2023, Jubail Island has previously welcomed 20 educational institutions and over 660 students for educational activities in Jubail Mangrove Park (JMP), including guided tours, tree planting activities, and coastal beach studies.
