شهد حفل وضع حجر الأساس الأخير بدء أعمال البناء في المرحلة الأولى من الفلل ، بالإضافة إلى المنازل النموذجية التي سيتم عرضها في جزيرة الجبيل.
أبوظبي؛ الإمارات العربية المتحدة، 31 مايو، 2021أعلنت شركة جزيرة الجبيل للاستثمار اليوم عن بدء أعمال البناء في المرحلة الأولى من مشروع الفلل الفاخرة بجزيرة الجبيل، بعد وضع حجر الأساس لمشروع تطوير الجزيرة.
وتشمل المرحلة الأولى من مشروع تطوير الجزيرة بناء 300 فيلا استوحي تصميمها من الهندسة المعمارية الحديثة والكلاسيكية لتكون الخطوة الأولى نحو إنشاء مجتمع منخفض الكثافة، يوفر فلل بخيارات سكنية متنوعة تتراوح من ثلاث إلى ست غرف نوم على أراضٍ بمساحات كبيرة تتراوح ما بين 1300 متر مربع و7000 متر مربع.
وكان قد أعلن مؤخرا عن ترسية عقد المرحلة الأولى من مشروع الفلل على شركة الإنشاءات العربية ACC لتكون المقاول الرئيسي للمرحلة الأولى لتطوير الجزيرة، وتم الاحتفال بوضع حجر الأساس في الموقع تدشينًا لتطوير هذا المشروع السكني المتميز في وسط العاصمة.
وقد اكتمل فعليا حوالي 60 % من أعمال البنية التحتية في المشروع المقرر الانتهاء منه في الربع الأخير من عام 2023.
وتتضمن الأعمال الجاري تنفيذها تطوير الفلل الأولى من منازل شارع الأحلام على جزيرة الجبيل، والذي يتضمن سبعة نماذج لفلل مشروع جزيرة الجبيل، حيث يمكن لأصحاب المنازل الراغبين في السكن فيها التعرف عن قرب على تصاميمها. تستعرض هذه النماذج السبعة معايير الجودة والرفاهية العالية المتبعة في تصميم وتطوير الوحدات في المشروع وتوفر لمحة مميزة لأسلوب الحياة الراقي في هذا المشروع المستدام.
تبلغ ميزانية المشروع المملوك لشركة الجبيل للاستثمار والذي تتولى تنفيذه وإدارته شركة “ليد- LEAD” المطور الرائد في دولة الإمارات، 5 مليار درهم إماراتي، حيث ستتوجه لبناء مجموعة من القرى المتطورة في المنطقة الواقعة بين جزيرتي ياس والسعديات. ويشكل مشروع جزيرة الجبيل، الذي تزيد مساحته عن 400 هكتار، إضافة جديدة ومميزة إلى المشهد السكني في أبوظبي عند الانتهاء منه، ليكون متنفسا رائعا لعشاق الحياة الصحية الراقية بما يتميز به من مناظر طبيعية رائعة، إذ يقع وسط أشجار القرم المعروفة بتنوعها البيولوجي الثري.
وفي تعليق له، قال منير حيدر، المدير التنفيذي لشركة جزيرة الجبيل للاستثمار: “يؤكد حفل وضع حجر الأساس في جزيرة الجبيل على المصداقية، ويمنح عملاءنا الثقة بأن المشروع سينتهي في الوقت المحدد”.
وأضاف: “ستصبح جزيرة الجبيل، بمجرد اكتمالها في عام 2024، جزءاً مهماً من المشهد العقاري في أبوظبي. نحن فخورون بدورنا في تنفيذ هذا المشروع، ونهدف إلى تحقيق أعلى المعايير من حيث الاستدامة ونمط الحياة للعملاء والسكان في المستقبل”.

Jubail Mangrove Park Rules
This park has access to open water bodies and there are no lifeguards on duty.
The Park is monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day.
Swimming or diving into the water is not permitted.
No pets allowed.
No Littering.
No smoking allowed.
No food or beverages allowed on the boardwalk.
Please do not lean or climb over the railing.
Toys, Skating, the use of scooters and/or bicycles are not permitted in the park.
Respectful clothing must be considered.
All parcels and bags are subject to a security check.
Items displayed, plants, wildlife must not be touched and/or removed.
Please do not sit or place children on the railing.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit.
Park representatives reserve the right to remove any persons contravening the above or due to unruly or inappropriate behaviour.

I agree and consent to the receipt of medical treatment in a medical emergency situation where I may not be capable to consent to such treatment.
The undersigned understands that this agreement does not include participant insurance. The undersigned acknowledges that they either have appropriate insurance or, in its absence, agree to pay all cost of rescue and/or medical services as may be incurred on their behalf.
The undersigned agrees to pay for any or all damages to any equipment or property caused by the undersigned either negligently, willfully, or otherwise
I consent to the use of my and/or any of my dependent’s images for any and all such purposes, including without limitation video, still photographs, publication, and any trade or advertising purposes.
