• Jubail Island homes to range from 2 to 6 bedrooms
• Construction slated to begin in Q1 2021

Abu Dhabi-UAE: 14 September, 2020 – Jubail Island Investment Company (JIIC) has awarded a contract to design 16 villa and townhouse typologies to be constructed within Phase 1 of the AED5 billion Jubail Island project. The unique designs will cater to discriminating and diversified buyer demands; and include a myriad of differing floor plan layouts, and serviced plots ranging in size from 1,200 to 2,205 square metres – meeting market demand particularly addressing Emirati household preferences.
The units will blend seamlessly into the adjacent natural environment which completely surrounds and meanders through the communities. The impressive design themes embrace modern and traditional styles; and the villas will range in size from 145-square metre two-bedroom offerings to unparalleled 820-square metre six-bedroom designs. The homes will be interlaced and nestled within a tranquil, very low-density realm as highlighted in the celebrated vision behind the overall project master plan.
With AED400 million in infrastructure works already underway – having already started in early January 2020, home construction is on schedule to start in Q1 2021 with completion slated for 2023. In addition, a mix of serviced plots will also be available for buyers to build their custom dream homes from as early as Q3 2021.

Jubail Island is a designated freehold investment zone in Abu Dhabi that will comprise a mix of serviced plots, high-end and mid-range properties as well as retail, office park and F&B outlets.
For his part, Architect Ramón Esteve, added: “We are delighted to ink our partnership with JIIC, bringing our housing design expertise to Jubail Island. Currently we are developing new residential varieties with distinct and distinguishable adaptations; using wood, metal, and stone materials to create a diversity of residential ambiences integrated with the surrounding nature. Located within 4.6 million square metres, very low-density development, entwined within pristine natural environment, the community will also offer all amenities.

Jubail Mangrove Park Rules
This park has access to open water bodies and there are no lifeguards on duty.
The Park is monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day.
Swimming or diving into the water is not permitted.
No pets allowed.
No Littering.
No smoking allowed.
No food or beverages allowed on the boardwalk.
Please do not lean or climb over the railing.
Toys, Skating, the use of scooters and/or bicycles are not permitted in the park.
Respectful clothing must be considered.
All parcels and bags are subject to a security check.
Items displayed, plants, wildlife must not be touched and/or removed.
Please do not sit or place children on the railing.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit.
Park representatives reserve the right to remove any persons contravening the above or due to unruly or inappropriate behaviour.

I agree and consent to the receipt of medical treatment in a medical emergency situation where I may not be capable to consent to such treatment.
The undersigned understands that this agreement does not include participant insurance. The undersigned acknowledges that they either have appropriate insurance or, in its absence, agree to pay all cost of rescue and/or medical services as may be incurred on their behalf.
The undersigned agrees to pay for any or all damages to any equipment or property caused by the undersigned either negligently, willfully, or otherwise
